Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience in luxury residential work.
• Ability to run projects confidently and contribute to design.
• Detail-focused and technically strong.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-end detailed designs.

• Support site coordination and problem-solving.

Skills

Proven experience delivering high-end / luxury residential projects in the UK

Strong project-running ability

Excellent technical knowledge with deep understanding of UK Building Regulations

Interest and capability in interior architecture

Ability to produce high-quality design

Strong presentation and communication skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite

Keen to learn new software

Education
