This full-time role involves supporting Events and Membership Sales while ensuring the smooth operation of the Club. Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or private members club environment.
• Ability to build rapport with Members and guests.
• Flexibility to work early mornings and late evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Members and guests with professionalism.
• Provide administrative support to the Events and Membership departments.
• Maintain accurate Member records and assist with onboarding new Members.
• Coordinate Club communications and respond to Member enquiries.
• Support the planning and execution of Club events.
