• Ensure cleanliness and correct storage of the Kitchen and its equipment.
• Adhere to weekly and monthly cleaning duties as directed by Senior Kitchen/Chef.
• Follow company rules for Hygiene, Health and Safety.
• Assist with deliveries and disposal of waste.
• Clean floors at appropriate intervals during the day.
