Job summary

A luxury hospitality company in the UK seeks a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests at The Wild Rabbit. This role involves delivering a warm, professional experience and working closely with various departments to ensure a seamless guest journey. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in luxury hospitality and excellent communication skills. The position is full-time with a salary of £29,570.40 per annum, including potential gratuities.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or boutique hotel environment preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with immaculate attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first and lasting point of contact for every guest.
  • Deliver a warm, polished and professional service across all channels.
  • Handle all enquiries and special requests with composure and care.
  • Coordinate arrivals and departures with attention to detail.
  • Anticipate guest needs intuitively.
  • Take ownership of each guest journey from first enquiry to post-departure follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with Front of House, Guest Experience and Housekeeping teams.

Skills

Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or boutique hotel environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management
Confident use of Microsoft Office and booking systems
Valid UK driving licence
