Job summary

A leading luxury furniture supplier is seeking a full-time Key Account Sales Manager in London. The candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates will possess strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience in the luxury housing sector. This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 – £65,000 and benefits including a car allowance or Tesla Model 3.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales and Account Management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven experience in managing key accounts effectively.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools.
  • A results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Previous experience in the luxury furniture or housing sector is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in the London area is required.

Responsibilities

  • Make a great first impression when meeting clients at the showroom.
  • Offer a consultative approach to customer briefs.
  • Organise and hold relevant meetings.
  • Qualify new business leads.
  • Present designs to clients and update with amendments.
  • Utilise Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage design progress.
  • Maintain close relationships with Operations Teams.
  • Entertain clients and travel overseas to visit factories.
