UTD in Capenhurst are looking for a Logistics Scheduling Manager. Based at our Capenhurst site you’ll be responsible for overseeing planning activities and ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders. You will actively manage communication to deliver accurate, reliable and timely information, supporting the effective execution of Supply Chain Assets activities.

What you’ll do:

  • Work alongside Group Commercial, Site Planning Teams, and external stakeholders to ensure the UTD‑SCA team plans based on the latest information, delivering a cohesive approach to equipment management.
  • Coordinate and consolidate input from the SCA Team to maintain and manage an overarching equipment movement schedule.
  • Maintain strong relationships with fuel fabricators and transporters to ensure efficient management.
  • Support the SCA Team and Head of Supply Chain Assets in driving group logistics alignment programmes.

What do you need to thrive in this role?

  • Must have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent working experience or qualifications.
  • Experience of working for an international company with cross functional responsibilities.
  • Ideally you can show experience within regulatory requirements.
