37.5 hours per week
£47,000 per annum plus bonus

About the role

As the Logistics Manager for Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd you will supervise and control the provision of community equipment services, acting as Site Manager in your Depot Manager’s absence.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • To drive the Company’s business strategy and profitability through the highest level of service provision and exceeding set internal and external KPI’s, whilst driving the best possible levels of productivity and efficiency
  • To monitor Customer Service productivity effectively.
  • To ensure the invoice check list is kept up to date.
  • Monitor the overtime input within the establishment.
  • To manage the callouts.
  • To monitor all contract routes.
  • To manage the Health and Safety inspection.
  • To ensure effective service user feedback is recorded and followed up if necessary.
  • To complete telephone feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure the automated emails and responses are correct and up to date.
  • To ensure return to work paperwork is completed.
  • To ensure the accident report book is kept up to date.
  • To allocate lunch breaks across the team.
  • Identify potential areas for operational savings and ensure that all costs and expenditure are within the budgeted levels

Qualifications and experience required
  • Ideally 3 + years in a similar level managerial role withing public, healthcare or a service based industry
