Logistics Executive

About the Role

As a Logistics Executive at Justerini & Brooks, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth movement and storage of inventory, including customer reserves. Your focus will be on balancing quality service to customers and suppliers while optimizing costs and managing working capital. You will be integral in managing replenishment, ensuring that stock is always in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Balance quality service to customers and suppliers while optimizing costs and managing working capital.
  • Manage Salesforce cases efficiently.
  • Raise purchase orders and track delivery of UK stocks.
  • Handle importation and shipping of fast‑moving stock from global suppliers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and buyers to forecast purchases using replenishment reports.
  • Coordinate with Burlington Arcade to organise stock orders and reconcile inventory.
  • Process transfer orders within our internal ERP system.
  • Work with third‑party logistics to maintain accurate stock levels across their Warehouse Management System and internal ERP, ensuring quality control and managing breakages and losses.
  • Arrange delivery of customer‑owned En Primeur stock to bonded warehouses.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Passion for wine and strong wine knowledge.
  • Experience within the wine and spirits business (highly advantageous).
  • Proven track record in stock management and forecasting.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong IT and data analysis skills, particularly in using a wine industry ERP, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
