Logistics Operative / Logistics Coordinator / Logistics Administrator

Daventry NN11

Temp-Perm after 12 weeks

08:00-16:30 Mon-Fri (40 hours)

£26,000 per annum rising to £28,000 after probation

We are currently recruiting for a forward thinking, growing technology distribution partner in the Daventry area.

This role is a unique opportunity for somebody with previous Warehousing and Supply Chain education or experience to make a real impact.

The role will be varied and duties may include:

  • Inventory control
  • Planning and tracking shipments
  • Arranging transport
  • Creating and modifying commercial invoices
  • Complete data analysis to identify process improvement
  • Order processing
  • Liasing with customers and suppliers via emails and telephone
  • General warehouse and administrative support duties

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous Logistics/Supply Chain work experience OR education (We can consider: Supply Chain, Logistics, Project Management, Business Management or relevant course Graduates)
  • Analytical thinker who loves a challenge
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Computer literacy, you will be using warehouse management systems and creating reports (excel)
  • Somebody who is not afraid to step up to lead initiatives or get their hands dirty!
