Live-in Care Assistant - Driver

Location: Leeds North

£910 per week + £40 food allowance per week | Expert training provided | Live-in role with paid breaks

Responsibilities
  • Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
  • Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility
  • Manage medication and prep meals
  • Take care of household tasks such as laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
  • Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
  • Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end‑of‑life care
  • Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance
  • Paid breaks and accommodation while on placement
  • Full induction and expert training, with continued learning and development
  • Ongoing supervision and 24/7 support from our dedicated team
  • Flexible working patterns (often 2 weeks on, followed by breaks)
  • Pension scheme and travel expense reimbursement
  • Care Friends incentive programme and attendance bonus
Requirements

  • Commit to training, professionalism and confidentiality
  • Have a Right to Work in the UK
  • Previous experience is beneficial but not necessary
  • Have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
