• Experience of litigation and handling Credit Hire files.
• Ability to use own initiative and plan workloads.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze files according to client guidelines.
• Develop client relationships and maintain communication.
• Conduct telephone negotiations with third-party Solicitors.
