Are you passionate about storytelling, digital content, and the power of words? We’re looking for a motivated and curious Content Apprentice to join our growing team.

This is an opportunity to join a company that truly cares about apprentices, the journey and thrives on giving opportunities. In this role, you will get hands‑on experience in content marketing, copywriting, and digital strategy while learning from a team of experienced professionals.

Our focus as an agency is SEO, and whilst we are looking to develop our social media capacity, this will be a role that will be focused on supporting our SEO team.

You will work directly with our content manager Lucy, with whom you will be able to learn and develop your copywriting skills and master the art of storytelling. From blog posts and landing page copy, you’ll play a key role in shaping our client’s online presence.

This learning‑first position is designed for someone eager to grow in the content space. You’ll receive mentorship, feedback, and the chance to truly gain experience and add real value to the team from
day one.

Key Responsibilities

We are not someone to hold the coats, we want a Content Apprentice who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and dive in:

  • Create Content That Connects: You will be guided through writing a blog and landing page and provided with standard operating procedures.
  • Support Campaigns from the Ground Up: Help plan and execute content for marketing campaigns. You will be listened to when you bring fresh ideas to the table and you will be supported to see them through.
  • Get Hands‑On with Content Management: Assist with uploading and updating content on our website and content management systems (CMS), ensuring everything looks polished and on‑brand.
  • Add Visual Flair: Use your basic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign) or similar tools to help create and edit visual assets that
    complement written content.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Research industry trends, audience behaviour, and competitor content to inspire and inform our creative work.
  • Collaborate Like a Pro: Work closely with our content manager and SEO team to bring content to life across different formats and platforms.
  • Learn & Level Up: Take feedback like a champ, ask intelligent questions, and actively seek ways to grow your skills in writing, SEO, storytelling, and digital marketing.

Client‑Focused Content Support

  • You will be exposed to our clients, you will support our client services team with pitches and be involved from the off in how we approach our work.
  • You will support the client services team in developing monthly content reports and, in some cases, present successes and opportunities.

Our vision is to ensure that the people with the information are as close to the decision‑making for long‑term success as possible.

As part of this role, you will support our content manager and SEO team with the longer‑term vision of content production and the evolution of our brands. Your voice will be heard, and your opinions will count. You will;

  • With the support of your line manager, you will work closely with the senior leadership team to align the brand’s content strategies within the group with the broader business objectives.
  • Guide internal stakeholders on content best practices and industry trends. This role element is the key to our long‑term success; we must keep evolving and improving our service to ensure we do not stagnate in the market.
  • Present competitor research to identify opportunities for differentiation.
