Our Team
You will be supporting a group of Partners who have a heavy andcomplex workload. You will be reporting into the London officeSecretarial Services Manager and will be working alongside the widerLondon secretarial team.
In this dynamic and busy role, no two days will be the same. Thisrole would be ideal for an experienced Legal Secretary who is able tonavigate heavy and complex travel, manage busy diaries, deal withactive email inboxes and action emails without prompting where necessary.
You'll be responsible for the billing and financial support requiredfor the team, proactively managing it with limited involvement fromthe Partners. This will include managing monthly financial reports forclients. You will also lead on ensuring all new clients are promptlyincepted, dealing with all KYC requirements.
You must always have a positive and professional approach and workefficiently in a busy environment.
Monday-Friday, 9.30am-5.30pm
You
You will need proven experience of working at a senior level as youwill be working with limited supervision. You need to be veryorganised, proactive, enthusiastic, a go getter and able to solveproblems or have the initiative to find creative solutions to varying situations.
You will have worked in a legal environment supporting Partners forat least 5 years, with proven experience of working at a senior level,and understand the fundamental workings of a busy law firm.
You will have a strong knowledge of the systems and packages usedwithin law firms to include all Microsoft packages and Aderant.
