About the role
Full time, permanent, office based. Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Audio and copy typing of letters and forms/documents
- Booking appointments, arranging meetings and managing diaries
- Liaising with estate agents, solicitors and clients where required
- Assisting with file opening, closing and retrieval procedures
- Electronic and manual filing of documents
- Preparing and submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
- Attending to clients in person and on the phone
- Undertaking administrative tasks and assisting with case administration and preparation
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary
- Property experience in a law firm (essential)

- Providing 1:1 support to a Senior Partner, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements

- Preparing, sewing, and binding deeds and wills
- File opening and compliance support in line with firm procedures

- Maintaining organised filing systems and general administrative support across the team
Requirements
- Proven Legal Secretary or Legal PA experience within a Private Client department (essential)
- Previous secretarial experience in a law firm (essential)

- Managing a range of residential conveyancing matters

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing

About the role
Hybrid working arrangement. Full‑time, permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support to fee earners
- Prepare and organise legal documents, letters, and reports
- Help manage property transactions, including contracts, leases, and related paperwork

Requirements
