What you’ll do

• Keep deals moving: suppliers, e-com, marketing, logistics and research collabs.
• Lead the privacy & tech pieces: SaaS/IT agreements, DPAs, cookies/consents, DPIAs.
• Partner with Digital and IT/Security on practical, privacy-by-design decisions.
• Support brand/IP and consumer law issues across our retail and online channels.
• Help us keep innovating – in a safe way that protects our brand and reputation
• Improve playbooks and workflows so the business flies.

About you

• Qualified solicitor (E&W) with strong commercial contracts experience and genuine interest/experience in privacy & tech.
• Clear writer, calm negotiator, pragmatic on risk, agile.
• Values aligned with our regenerative mission; comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
• Bonus: retail/e-com, exposure to international busineess
