About the Candidate
As a member of the Housing Curriculum Team, the candidate will play an active role in the design and delivery of curriculum content ensuring a timely planning and preparation of high-quality, sequenced learning through practical careers-focused schemes of learning, session planning and resources are in place.
About the Role
The candidate will contribute to the design and delivery of Chartered Institute of Housing Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications. This will help to support the professionalisation of the Housing Sector with the introduction of the Competence & Conduct Standard due in October 2026.
It is a great opportunity to help shape the College’s Housing Curriculum, working in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Housing Awarding Organisation and local housing providers to ensure our programme fully meets the requirements of the Competence & Conduct Standard.
The College provides a comprehensive induction programme and will support the candidate to achieve a Level 3 Assessors Award and Level 5 Teaching Diploma.
The delivery of our Housing Curriculum is part of our Housing Innovation Construction Skills Academy where the candidate will be based. They will have access to the latest teaching tools and technologies, such as our immersive classrooms to support innovative delivery methods.
