We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant for SEN pupils to join our team at the Southcote Centre, based at Epsom and Ewell High School which is part of Philip Southcote School within the Bourne Education Trust.
Our teachers are responsible for the learning and achievement of all pupils in the class, ensuring equity of opportunity for all, achieving the highest possible standards in work and conduct. All teachers are required to carry out the professional duties and responsibilities of a school‑teacher as defined by ‘Teachers’ Standards’ and set out in the current ‘School Teachers Pay and Conditions Document’.

Philip Southcote School is a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities School for students aged 11 to 19. As part of Bourne Education Trust (BET), a successful multi‑academy trust comprising twenty‑four schools across Surrey, Hampshire, and the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, we are committed to “Transforming schools…changing lives.”

Philip Southcote Main School: A 3‑Form Entry site for students aged 11 to 16 years.
Philip Southcote Sixth Form: For students age 16 to 19 years, this state‑of‑the‑art and newly opened site at The Meads is within walking distance from the main school.
Philip Southcote Satellite Centres: Our centres are based within mainstream secondary schools. Chertsey High School, Chertsey, Epsom and Ewell High School and Kings International School, Camberley.
