About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of pupils.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with a range of needs.
  • Assist in creating an inclusive and positive classroom environment.
  • Help deliver tailored learning activities and interventions.
  • Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupils’ engagement and confidence.
  • Support with personal care where required (depending on the needs of the pupils).
About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Compassionate, patient, and proactive.
  • Able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Passionate about supporting children with SEND and diverse learning needs.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and committed to safeguarding and student well-being.
  • Experienced in a school or childcare setting (preferred but not essential).
  • Willing to learn and grow within a supportive team.
