Job summary

A women-focused support organization in Leeds is seeking a dedicated Key Worker to aid women in developing essential life skills. The role involves intensive support tailored to emotional wellbeing, finance, health, and self-esteem. Candidates should be passionate about gender-specific service delivery and possess collaboration skills. Job Highlights

Together Women is looking for an outstanding Key Worker who will support women to develop long lasting Lifeskills, through the direct delivery of the Barclays personal development modules.

The Key Worker will engage with and provide intensive support to women in Leeds and West Yorkshire offering needs-led, emotional and practical support around accommodation and finance, health and wellbeing, motivation, family and relationships, accessing services and confidence and self-esteem. The role will work in collaboration with colleagues at Together Women to support them to utilise the modules for their 1-2-1 delivery.
