This role will lead the transformation of our learning ecosystem, ensuring employees are connected to relevant learning from day one and throughout every stage of their career.You will play a pivotal role in evolving our learning systems and platforms, ensuring strong alignment between our LMS/LXP, Workday HRIS, and learning creation tools, while working with internal and external partners to deliver effective system upgrades and integrations. Working across global job families, you will help translate skills frameworks, job architecture, and career pathways into practical, engaging learning solutions that support critical roles, leadership development, and talent pipelines.
