We have a busy forward work program and are looking for a Leading Hand to join our Three Waters team. You will have a good knowledge and understanding of three waters networks with experience in pipelaying, backfilling and compaction, working in and around trenches and service connection.
As a Leading Hand, you will play an important role in managing and overseeing a wide range of projects. You will be experienced at reading and interpreting plans, communicating effectively and meeting production targets. You must have strong leadership skills and will be able to demonstrate that you have trained and mentored team members in the past. These are essential skills in order to be successful in this position and a leader within our business.
