Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of building construction materials and passive fire protection systems.
• Ability to identify fire stopping, fire doors, and compartment walls/floors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily site operations for fire protection installations.
• Conduct risk assessments to enforce safety standards.
• Supervise site operatives and ensure high-quality work.
• Act as key site contact for clients and housing associations.
• Monitor quality, compliance, and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate materials and manage site operations smoothly.
• Resolve issues proactively to ensure timely project completion.
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
