A leading energy company in Scotland is seeking a Lead Site Construction Manager to join their Beauly-Peterhead ASTI team. This role entails providing leadership to the construction team and ensuring site activities meet safety, quality, and program standards. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, preferably in utilities, along with relevant site management certifications. This position offers a competitive salary of £58,100 - £87,100, flexible working options, and a range of benefits.
Base Location: For this role, we require successful applicants to be based from one of our Scottish locations – Perth, Inverness or Aberdeen
Salary: £58,100 - £87,100 + car / car allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Site Construction Manager OHL to join our Beauly-Peterhead ASTI team in the delivery of this career defining project.
You will provide leadership to our Construction team, to ensure that site activities are carried out safely, in accordance with the programme and to the specified quality standards.
You will act as a figurehead of the Construction team, as they support the planning of site activities during the development phase and represent the business during the construction phase of projects ensuring that suppliers carry out works on programme and in accordance with contractual requirements.
Please note, a full current driving license is essential due to the requirement to travel to and be on site.
