Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ recent experience in a supervisory/managerial role within a Registered Children’s Home.
• Strong knowledge of Children’s Home Regulations & Ofsted frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop staff teams.

• Lead a brand-new 3-bedded home in Bicester.
• Ensure the home provides high-quality care in line with Ofsted standards.
• Work closely with the Responsible Individual and leadership team.
