About the Role

We are hiring a growth‑focused Product Manager to join our Chat pillar. You will revamp onboarding flows, bring users into the product, and help acquire customers at the top of the funnel. As a Lead Product Manager, you’ll work closely with a cross‑functional squad of engineers, designers, data scientists, analysts and writers on an area focused around our core AI chatbot.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the product strategy for Cleo’s Chat experiences
  • Collaborating closely with ML engineers, data scientists and analysts to launch key new products with a global focus
  • Defining and tracking success metrics related to customer engagement, retention, and financial well‑being
  • Prioritising high‑impact opportunities and ruthlessly focusing your squad on what matters most
  • Translating complex data capabilities (e.g., LLMs and ML models) into intuitive user experiences
  • Ensuring your squad is aligned and involved in product direction and key decisions
  • Continuously iterating on the product based on user insights, data, and testing outcomes
