Overview

Lead Product Manager - Payments at Cleo. You will work closely with a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, data scientists, analysts and writers on areas focused around building our understanding of user data and payments experiences.

What you’ll do
  • Leading the product strategy for Cleo’s payments experiences
  • Collaborating with ML engineers, data scientists and analysts to launch key new products with a global focus
  • Defining and tracking success metrics related to customer engagement, retention, and financial well-being
  • Prioritising high-impact opportunities and focusing your squad on what matters most
  • Translating complex data capabilities (e.g. LLMs and ML models) into intuitive user experiences
  • Ensuring your squad is aligned and involved in product direction and key decisions
  • Continually iterating on the product based on user insights, data, and testing outcomes

  • Extensive product management experience, building highly technical products
