Qualifications

  • Proven track record in design and installation of processes.
  • Experience in managing people.
  • NEBOSH certificate in Occupational Health and Safety required.
  • Experience in highly regulated or hazardous industry.

Responsibilities

  • Building a high performing team of Process Engineers.
  • Managing and mentoring of a team of Senior Process Engineers.
  • Liaising with the site Safety/High Hazard team.
  • Managing and supporting capital acquisition and engineering proposals.
  • Reviewing technical specifications for new/replacement equipment.
  • Refining the manufacturing processes to achieve goals according to specifications.
  • Improving equipment availability and capability.

Skills

Proven track record in design and installation of processes
Experience in managing people
NEBOSH certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
Experience in highly regulated or hazardous industry

Education

Science or Engineering degree, HND or equivalent – Manufacturing/Electrical/Mechanical
