Qualifications

• Must have valid Swimming Coach Certificate or equivalent.
• Experience with age group swimmers at Regional and National levels.
• Strong ability to work in a team and communicate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead coach for the club, developing swimmers for performance.
• Plan and evaluate individual swimming programs.
• Support Head Coach with delivering coaching sessions.
