Key Details

Location: Northamptonshire (delivery hubs in Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, and Northampton) Hours: Full Time, 37.5 per week Full time Salary:£44,471.72 – £48,906.23* Contract:Permanent

*Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

About the Role
As Lead Nurse, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality clinical care across Northamptonshire. You’ll lead a team of skilled nurses and health professionals, ensuring our approach is safe, evidence-based, compassionate and consistently improving.

Every day will bring opportunities to support people in their recovery journey — empowering them to achieve meaningful, lasting change.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing clinical and managerial supervision to the nursing team
  • Leading the delivery of clinical, health and wellbeing interventions
  • Driving clinical quality and best practice through audit, learning and reflection
  • Supporting staff development and contributing to service improvement
  • Working collaboratively across hubs, community locations and partner organisations
