Job summary

You will be responsible for maintaining and managing race cars, leading your crew, and ensuring operations at events are executed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-level motorsport, including F1 or similar roles, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant motorsport experience.
• At least two years as a Number 1 mechanic in LMP2 or GT3.
• Three years in a high-level motorsport role such as F1, WEC, DTM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance and operation of LMP2 or GT3 race cars.
• Manage the team of mechanics at events, ensuring high standards.
• Monitor spare stock levels and maintain records.
