Your Role

Your role is pivotal in our mission. You’ll work Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. Your responsibilities include:

  • Engaging Potential Customers: Connecting with potential customers across the UK and introducing them to our value services.
  • Outbound B2B Cold Calling: Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential customers to address their energy management needs with tailored solutions to save money, time, and reduce carbon footprint.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Providing top-tier customer service to existing and new clients.
  • Strategic Calling: Developing and managing a calling strategy that considers industry dynamics and geography to maximise outreach.
  • Relationship Building: Building and nurturing relationships with customers and stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Positive Attitude: Maintaining a supportive, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Administrative Management: Handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
What we want
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a sales-driven environment (Energy Industry experience preferred).
