Qualifications

• Proven experience in a contact centre or sales leadership role (minimum 1 year).
• Strong dialler management skills, including optimising campaigns.
• Excellent systems knowledge to manage lead allocation processes.
• Data-driven mindset to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Natural coach and motivator, bringing energy and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Lead Generation Advisors to exceed KPIs.
• Own team performance – from dialler management to coaching sessions.
• Deliver regular 1:1 feedback and tailored development plans.
