The organisation seeks an experienced Lead Database Administrator (Lead DBA) to manage and develop the database infrastructure in both on‑premises and cloud‑hosted environments. This role involves providing technical leadership and direct oversight for database operations and improvements. The position will supervise a small team, maintaining performance, scalability, and reliability across SQL Server environments while supporting platforms like Cosmos DB and PostgreSQL.
