Qualifications

  • Proven experience in blade projects and project management.
  • GWO BST certification is a plus.
  • UK-based professional who can travel to sites within a day.

Responsibilities

  • Manage blade service projects end-to-end: planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Lead and motivate skilled blade teams on-site and remotely.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and client requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for technicians and stakeholders.
  • Oversee project administration and maintain accurate data in PMS.
  • Conduct on-site quality checks and enforce FairWind standards.
  • Support tender reviews, budgeting, and cost optimization.
  • Represent FairWind in client meetings and site visits.
