Job description

At Triumph AV we work tirelessly to deliver excellent AV services to all of our clients. Working with a variety of commercial clients, the bulk of our work is the delivery of integrated AV systems. We’re a small company with the scope for big growth. Based in Boughton, Triumph AV specialise in labour and engineering services for the AV industry.

This is a full time, site based position that will require a candidate who can demonstrate proven experience in the AV installation industry. As this is a site based position, we anticipate the successful candidate will spend up to 80% of their time working and stopping away from home.

Our Lead Engineers fulfil the following responsibilities:

  • Lead Teams: run a team on a project and liaise with clients
  • Project Delivery: installing, configuring and testing AV systems
  • Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance of systems
  • Troubleshooting: Provide on site troubleshooting and repairs of systems
  • Ad hoc projects: I.e. CCTV, Structured Cabling, Wireless Access Points

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • 3 years of proven experience in the AV installation industry
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to run sites efficiently
  • Independent but able to work with a team
  • Happy to spend significant time working away in the UK or abroad
  • Competent with hand and power tools
  • Strong understanding of AV and Network technology
  • Practical understanding of plans and schematics
  • Accountable for their actions and able to identify when their work could be improved
  • Flexible in working times and locations
  • Energetic and hard working

The following attributes would be beneficial:

  • Experience with low voltage LED lighting
