We’re looking for adedicated and detail-oriented ISO InfoSec & Data Protection Analyst to join our London based team.
This role is pivotal in supporting our ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certification programmes and ensuring robust information security and data protection practices across the business.
As the ISO InfoSec & Data Protection Analyst, you will take primary responsibility for completing Ingage’s client and prospect InfoSec and Data Protection questionnaires—both during initial onboarding and periodic refresh cycles. You will also play a key role in supporting internal and external ISO audits, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining documentation that underpins our certification programmes.
Key to this role is providing direct support to the Sales, Account Management, and Client Support teams by assisting with responses to client queries related to security and privacy, ensuring timely and accurate communication that reflects Ingage’s commitment to compliance and transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
Take primary responsibility for completing client and prospect InfoSec assessments, including detailed Excel-based questionnaires and online portal submissions for new clients and annual refreshes. This will be the core focus initially, with progression towards managing the ISO programme once capability is demonstrated.
Participate in internal and external audits, management review meetings, and training sessions.
Collaborate with the CTO (Information Security Representative) and Managing Director (Data Protection Representative) to uphold programme standards.
Documentation & Policy Development
Assist in authoring and updating ISO documentation, policies, and procedures.
Gradually take ownership of key ISO documents based on experience and progression.
Prepare minutes for ISO Management Meetings and maintain accurate records.
Develop ISO training materials and conduct internal training sessions.
Track and follow up on training logs to ensure completion and compliance.
Stakeholder Communication
Liaise confidently across departments and with internal/external auditors from Ingage and Computershare.
Gather and present evidence required for audits and compliance reviews.
What will you bring to the role?
This role would suit someone with proven experience in an Auditor/ Programmer or similar role. It’s essential that you have experience of ISO 27001 framework and familiarity with ISO 27701. Candidates with tertiary-level qualifications—such as a degree or diploma in Information Security, Data Protection, or a related field, will also be viewed favourably.
Also essential for this role are strong communication skills both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills, as is the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. The successful candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing their own workload and meeting deadlines independently. A creative and visually literate approach, with close attention to detail in instructional design and digital asset creation, is key. Project management skills or experience in leading learning workstreams would also be advantageous.
Willingness to travel to our Poland office is essential, both to build familiarity with local teams and processes, and to support ISO audit activities, which are primarily conducted on-site in Poland.
