It’s an exciting time to join Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) as we implement our new Clinical Group structure, which has created new opportunities within our gynaecology division C, including the introduction of a Lead ACP (Band 8b).

These new posts mark a positive step in strengthening and raising the profile of gynaecology services. They will form part of a new gynaecology leadership team, working alongside professional AHP leads and the wider Divisional AHP leadership team to ensure our services are safe, effective and compassionate care.

Main duties of the job

Deliver senior operational management, including HR and budget responsibilities

Support service delivery, workforce planning and quality improvement projects

Act as a key link between frontline teams and the senior leadership team

Promote inclusive, supportive and flexible working cultures

Help ensure services are safe, effective, responsive and patient‑centred
