Job summary

A leading luxury goods company is seeking an Operations Specialist to manage launch and sample orders effectively. This role involves ensuring timely delivery, internal collaboration, and effective communication with the marketing and supply teams. Candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience in operations or logistics and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ERP systems is also essential. This position is located in the Hersham Office, United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of operational, logistics or customer service experience in a FMCGs environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for the UK and EIRE launch and order planning.
• Assist in implementing all launch activities.
• Work closely with Supply team to ensure timely order processing.
• Communicate status of launch management and logistical constraints.
• Place and manage all POSM/Free Goods orders.
• Coordinate shipping requests and act as liaison with distribution center.
