Qualifications

• Experience of working as a Land Buyer, Land Manager or property related role.
• Successful experience in land acquisition ideally within the housebuilding industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and secure land/sites for residential development.
• Conduct land appraisals using the Group’s system.
• Prepare offers to pursue land opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of health and safety aspects related to land acquisition.
• Manage the land register/portfolio.
