Solar Panel Labourer - Roof Installation

Pay Rate: £16 per hour

Start Date: 16th February

Duration: Ongoing

Locations: Colchester, West Mersea

About the Role

We are looking for reliable Labourers to assist with solar panel installations on rooftops. This is a great opportunity to work in the renewable energy sector and gain hands‑on experience in solar technology.

Job Details

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Start: 16th February for ongoing work
• Work Type: Roof-based solar panel installation

Responsibilities

• Assisting with lifting and positioning solar panels on rooftops
• Supporting installers with fixing panels and mounting systems
• Ensuring safe handling of materials and tools
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following all health and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
• Comfortable working at heights (roof work)
• Ideally some solar or roofing experience
• Strong work ethic and reliability
