A leading global technology company seeks a Labor Relations Manager to drive employee relations strategy across EMEA. You will lead labor relations initiatives, ensuring employee experience while balancing business needs. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and experience in employee/labor relations, familiarity with EU labor laws, and fluency in English and another European language. The role involves up to 30% travel within EMEA and offers a competitive compensation package.
Labor Relations Manager, Global Corporate Employee Relations (GCER). This role can be based in any of our EU corporate office locations which include The Netherlands (Amsterdam), Italy, Germany, Luxembourg, UK, Poland, Ireland, France, or Spain. Amazon's Global Corporate Employee Relations (GCER) team seeks an experienced labor relations leader to drive regional strategy and elevate employee experience across EMEA. As EMEA Labor Relations (LR) Manager within the GCER team, you will provide single-threaded leadership for one of the seven corporate lines of business (AWS; D&S; AGI; AIGC; Stores; G&A; Entertainment) while managing cross-functional labor relations initiatives across multiple geographies. Reporting to the EMEA Amazon Corp LR leader, you will develop and execute strategic programs that put our employees first while delivering scalable results. This role may require up to 30% travel within EMEA.
