A leading technology services company is seeking an experienced L&D Sales Training Consultant to enhance sales team performance in the UK. This role involves designing and delivering innovative learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales training background, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. This position will allow you to influence sales capability and drive measurable results within a hybrid working environment.
Hybrid – London & Northampton
We’re looking for an energetic and commercially minded L&D Sales Training Consultant to play a key role in shaping the capability and performance of our UK sales teams. In this role, you’ll bring the EMEA Sales Academy strategy to life within the UK market designing, delivering, and embedding learning experiences that elevate sales excellence, strengthen capability, and drive measurable business impact.
Through this role you’ll have the autonomy and influence to shape how our sales teams learn, grow, and perform. Plus, your expertise will directly impact capability, confidence, and commercial results. Whilst also working closely with sales leaders, managers, and regional L&D teams to drive meaningful change and embed learning into everyday performance.
