  • Create and execute engaging blended learning experiences.
  • Forge strong collaborations with HR and management.
  • Identify and assess the effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Manage L&D projects, ensuring timely execution.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance L&D processes.
  • Stay current with best practices in Learning and Development.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to design impactful learning solutions.
  • Assist in overseeing the L&D budget for designated programs.
