A leading international legal practice is seeking a Knowledge and Information Assistant to support the management of their intranet and knowledge systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with content management systems and excellent organizational skills, alongside a proactive attitude. Our Intranet & Knowledge team are growing and we have a brand new opportunity to join them as an Intranet & Knowledge Systems Assistant. This permanent role is based in our Bristol office on a hybrid working basis and can be worked over four or five days per week.
The key purpose of this role is to support the Intranet & Knowledge Systems Executive in the day-to-day operational management of Osborne Clarke's intranet, ensuring it remains a dynamic and vital hub for knowledge and communication across all Osborne Clarke offices.
You will be enthusiastic and motivated, with a proactive approach to work and a willingness to take initiative, contribute ideas and put in the effort needed to deliver high-quality results.
