Job description

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join the team at our cafe in the Weston Library at Oxford University.

The Cafe is situated in the majestic atrium of the Weston Library at Oxford University and offers a wide selection of soups, sandwiches, salads, hot dishes, cakes, pastries and hot drinks.

The successful candidate will be required to work 5 days per week including weekends, day time shifts.

We Offer:

Rate: £14.00per hour

Shifts: 5 days out of 7/Day time only

Contract: Full Time/Permanent

About the cafe kitchen supervisor role:

• Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
• Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills

The ideal candidate will have work experience within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
