Location: The Links Care Home, 1 Golf Links Road, Broadstone BH18 8BE

Pay: £12.60 - £13.60 per hour

Care Home - Facilities & Home Support

Responsibilities
  • Act as the link between the main kitchen and residents.
  • Assist chefs to plate meals, prepare food trolleys and ensure all preparation areas are kept clean and tidy.
  • Monitor stock rotation, comply with company policies and procedures, and follow all mandatory COSHH and HACCP guidelines.
  • Assist with catering for special events such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties.
Qualifications

A passion for food with previous experience working in a kitchen and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. Deliver excellent service at each meal and make residents feel at home. Maintain high standards in and around the home, ensuring residents enjoy a pleasant dining experience. Comfortable communicating with kitchen and care home teams.
