We’re looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join the opening team — someone hands‑on, reliable, and passionate about quality. You’ll be helping to prep and plate a menu built around snacks, fresh and fried oysters, comfort bar food bites, and signature sharing plates — simple, stylish, and served with precision.
