Job description

Leighton Middle School is a popular and successful 9-13 middle school. We are looking to appoint a lively and enthusiastic teacher to teach a range of subjects in KS2.

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and adaptable practitioner on a full time, permanent contract. The successful candidate will be a class teacher in Year 5 and Year 6 and join a staff team committed to Personal Excellence. The ability to teach the core subjects to upper KS2 will be essential.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone innovative and aspiring to join a team committed to developing teaching and learning in a happy school with a strong pastoral ethos. Visitors describe our children as 'well behaved, delightful, confident and independent learners'.

Both experienced teachers and ECTs are welcome to apply. We warmly welcome visits to the school.
