Key Responsibilities
- Manage weekly customer orders and review stock status.
- Negotiate directly with customers to resolve account-related issues, including fines for stock availability.
- Maintain and update master account data information.
- Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly management reports, including standardized sales performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, warehouse, and customer service) to ensure compliance with account-specific requirements and regulations.
- Communicate relevant updates to all departments to meet account expectations effectively.
- Support the day-to-day management of assigned accounts.
- Assist with project management.
- Carry out any ad-hoc tasks as required by your Line Manager.
Skills & Experience
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently, including occasional travel to customer head offices (when required).
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a sales environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and general computer literacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised with a methodical approach.
- Able to solve problems in a timely manner and work to deadlines.
- Able to multi-task effectively, working concurrently on several projects.
- Detail-oriented and enjoy analysing issues and finding the right approach.
- Able to direct, interact, and negotiate with colleagues from multiple departments.
