Scott Sports is an international company that designs, manufactures, and markets high-end performance products for cycling, running, and winter sports. Founded in 1958, the company is known for its innovation in areas such as bike technology, ski equipment, and running gear. They also own Dolomite – an Italian footwear brand that manufactures high-quality outdoor footwear, known for its mountain heritage and Italian design.

Scott Running & Dolomite is poised for major expansion in the UK & Ireland – and we’re looking for a driven, connected, and passionate Key Account Manager to help make it happen.

Scott Sports SA (UK Branch) is the UK branch of Scott Sports SA and exclusively supplies UK and Ireland (Northern and ROI) retailers – Scott bikes, Scott Running footwear & apparel, Scott winter sport & Dolomite footwear.

Mission: You’ll be responsible for driving Scott Running & Dolomite Footwear to key accounts, opening new retail doors, strengthening key relationships, and developing the existing network. You’ll play a pivotal role in elevating Scott Running & Dolomite’s presence and profitability across the UK market, combining your commercial acumen, industry knowledge, and passion for the running & outdoor culture to grow market share in a way that feels authentic to the brands.

Your Tasks
  • Drive new Key Account business: Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with key accounts in running and Dolomite, outdoor specialist sectors.
  • Grow Key Accounts: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new retail partners, ensuring category growth and long‑term alignment.
  • Own the sell‑in process: Deliver compelling seasonal presentations and go‑to‑market plans in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team.
  • Stay on the pulse: Monitor competitor activity, analyse sales performance, and provide accurate forecasts to guide strategic decision‑making.
  • Be a category expert: Represent Scott Sports and Dolomite with credibility and passion, both internally and externally.
